Trainer: Primeau shows improvement
According to strength and conditioning coach Jim McCrossin, Flyers captain Keith Primeau has had "three and
a half good days" while recovering from a concussion he suffered Oct. 25. McCrossin said Primeau watched football for about
two hours Sunday before experiencing headaches. "He's had blocks of time, 21 or 22 hours, when he's been symptom free with
no headaches and no pressure," McCrossin said.
Monday, Primeau rode a stationary bike 30 minutes and did not immediately experience symptoms.
McCrossin said once Primeau is completely symptom free for 48 hours he will retake his baseline testing. If
Primeau passes the baseline test, he will be cleared to begin light workouts on the ice.
